Pudding Concert – Nature’s Voice – 18 July 2026

Pudding Poster 2026 v1

Our annual summertime Pudding Concert for 2026 is Nature’s Voice, which promises to be a feast for the ears and the taste buds! It’s a roughly one-hour programme of music and readings which is followed by delicious home-made puddings – all included in the very modest ticket price. In the year of David Attenborough’s one hundredth birthday we celebrate the natural world from seas and landscapes to plants and animals (some admittedly fictional…) with music by a broad range of composers from Palestrina and Saint-Saens to Henry Mancini and Tom Lehrer. We are also delighted to be joined by the immensely versatile duo The GillyBillies whose music is a happy mixture of celtic romps and folk tunes with a European flavour.

Nature’s Voice is on Saturday 18th July at 7.30pm in Christ Church, Waterside and is not to be missed! Download the poster here.

Advance tickets (which include puddings and a drink) are a real bargain this year: only £12.50, £7.50 for students and under 18s, while under 12s can listen – and eat – free. They can be obtained from Perfect Pitch, The Broadway, Chesham, from choir members or call 07747 455704. Tickets on the door (if available) will be £15 and £10, cash only.
